With over two decades of experience in human service professions, including roles as a psychotherapist, keynote speaker, coach, workshop and group facilitator, Authorized Relationship Program Leader, and certified P.I.C.K. a Partner and Marriage L.I.N.K.S. Instructor, I bring a wealth of knowledge to our shared journey. Holding a Master of Social Work degree from Fordham University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Service from Springfield College, I am equipped to guide you on a transformative path.

What I Offer
Psychotherapy in Georgia
I specialize in relationship counseling and women’s issues in different seasons of life as they establish identity, discover purpose, and ultimately navigate life differently. This runs the gamut from young women struggling with self-identity, self-worth and self-esteem issues, to single women managing loneliness and the desire for a meaningful relationship, to new mothers battling postpartum depression, or women struggling with anxiety or depression, as well as more seasoned women who are becoming empty nesters, or those experiencing a loss of autonomy as they age. In terms of relationship counseling, I work with couples who may be considering marriage or those who are working through challenging relationship issues. *Psychotherapy services are provided via Telehealth for GA residents only.
Life Coaching
As a Master Lifestyle Strategist, I coach single women of faith as they navigate the space between defining purpose, thriving at work, making major moves in the C-suite, or killing it as entrepreneurs while enduring fledgling or non-existent love lives. I’m talking about my sisters who truly desire the love of their lives, their husband, their husbae, Mr. Right, whatever you choose to call him. Yet somehow there seems to be no time, no space, and no prospects. My job, help you define and walk in your purpose, provide you with the tools, strategies, and mindset shifts necessary to have the love of your life and live your absolute best life, all at the same time.
Transformational Speaking
I offer compelling presentations and insightful workshops. I have several areas of expertise including, but not limited to enhancing communication skills, healthy relationships, and diversity, equity, and inclusion related topics. These engaging and enlightening speeches, presentations, and workshops will help us cultivate a harmonius, inclusive environment that is truly desirable. I also customize talks and/or workshops specifically for your organization or event. The ultimate goal, enhance communication, build healthy relationships, and create welcoming environments.
